Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy

People can enhance their movement and function with the use of physiotherapy, a type of healthcare treatment. It helps patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and enhance their general physical capabilities by combining exercises, manual approaches, and specialised equipment.

A physiotherapist is a skilled healthcare professional who collaborates with patients to identify their requirements and create a customised treatment plan. A part of this strategy can be strengthening and stretching exercises, manual rehabilitation methods like massage and stretching, and the application of specialised gear like braces or splints.
