Refer an NDIS participant to Universal Ability for psychology, Positive Behaviour Support or Support Coordination.

Universal Ability accepts referrals for NDIS psychology, Positive Behaviour Support and Support Coordination for participants across Westmead, Parramatta, Cumberland and Western Sydney.

Referrals can be submitted by support coordinators, GPs, paediatricians, psychiatrists, allied health professionals, schools, family members, carers or participants themselves.

Before submitting, please ensure you have the participant's consent (or consent from their parent, guardian or authorised representative) to share their information with Universal Ability.

If there is an immediate risk to safety, please contact emergency services on 000 or attend the nearest hospital emergency department. Universal Ability is not an emergency or crisis response service.
