    Our Story

    Universal Ability was founded with a clear purpose: to provide respectful, practical and person-centred NDIS supports for participants and families across Western Sydney.

    Based in Westmead, our team understands the needs of the Parramatta, Cumberland and broader Western Sydney community. We bring together experience across psychology, behaviour support, disability, mental health, family support and service coordination.

    Over time, Universal Ability has grown into a registered NDIS provider with a strong focus on NDIS psychology, Positive Behaviour Support and Support Coordination. Our work is guided by clinical understanding, cultural responsiveness and a commitment to helping participants access the right support at the right time.

    Today, we continue to support participants, families, carers and referrers with services that are clear, collaborative and grounded in everyday life.
